All our training and development for early years staff is delivered in a practical way to enable settings to improve their standards of care and ensure sustainable business growth. Our programmes are highly interactive and include practical activities to ensure that learning is embedded and that practitioners are immediately able to use what they have learnt within their setting to improve practice. Early years training and development includes:
- Managerial Training in: Performance Management, Appraisals, Conflict Management, Audit of Practice, Financial administration and Sustainability, Effective leadership
- EYFS Training for Managers and Practitioners: Bespoke training on a wide range of topics including all aspects of EYFS such as Self Evaluation, Statutory Framework, Key Person Time and ‘In The Moment Planning’, Peer Observations, Outdoor Play, Display Boards, Cohort Tracking, Preparation for Ofsted Inspections, Partnership with Parents including Conducting Parents Meetings, Transitions, SEN and the role of SENCo, Learning Journeys and Behaviour Management
