Project:
Exploration of potential of new site and expansion

Delivery included:
Working alongside planners and University focus groups to establish the requirements for a potential expansion of the nursery to a new site. To evaluate the current nursery setting with a review of the financial business model.

“It was a pleasure to work with Annie and Ros when considering our Nursery service, their expertise was vital to support our planning and the report was incredibly detailed and contained a wealth of relevant and useful information. I would thoroughly recommend working with Smart Practice on similar projects and look forward to them supporting us through the rest of the development.”

Project:
To scope potential additional childcare facilities that could be offered at UCL

Delivery included:
Stakeholder interviews, focus groups, online surveys and space/financial analysis.

“Smartpractice have been extremely helpful in our project to scope out potential additional childcare facilities that could be offered at UCL, such as extending our Day Nursery and offering a crèche or a holiday club. Working to a challenging timeframe, they delivered exceptional stakeholder interviews, focus groups, online surveys and space/financial analysis, producing an excellent report full of focussed and achievable recommendations. Ros, our main contact from Smartpractice, was incredibly helpful and was very flexible in how she worked with us, and we’re confident that as a result of Smartpractice’s work UCL will improve their offer to student parents and carers.”
