Evaluation of nursery practice and planning for nursery sustainability.

Business planning, staff training and recruitment of Nursery Manager.

We engaged Smartpractice to undertake an audit of our setting and review our business model. Following the audit, Ros, Annie and Lisa worked closely with us to deliver a training programme for our staff to ensure the requirements of the EYFS were being met consistently across the setting. They also provided clear guidance on improving the resources in our rooms and optimising both the indoor and outdoor space. We purchased their documentation package to ensure our policies and procedures were of the highest quality. They also assisted us with the recruitment of a new nursery manager, and we now have an inspiration manager in role.

All of this hard work has enabled us to retain our ‘good’ Ofsted rating. We are very grateful to Smartpractice for the quality of their advice and their first class support. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
