You both are without doubt the best thing that could have happened to us and I am so grateful for the positive changes that our business has seen. I never thought in a million years we would get two ‘Outstandings’ within such a short period. Both inspectors commented on how knowledgeable the staff were, and how well they planned for their key children’s next steps. This without a doubt came from your one day training session which was a turning point for most of our staff.
They all left with a much better understanding of the EYFS and couldn’t wait to get back and start implementing it. You were quick to identify our weaknesses and set up an immediate action plan for us to work with so we had clear short, medium and long term goals. We took everything you told us on board immediately and implemented most things straight away. We are still in the process of implementing all of your paperwork as we did not want too much change. I do wish that I had met you both earlier as we would have started on the right foot!
