“Smartpractice has a great working approach with open dialogue which challenged the status quo. A huge benefit for us was to be able to draw on their very current operating experience, and depth of design knowledge. Throughout the consultancy Ros and Annie were incredibly flexible, adaptable, responsive (and great fun!) but above all have worked as ‘partners’ rather merely suppliers or consultants.”

Project:
Audit of nursery group with action plans after Ofsted inspection grading – achieved moving from Ofsted ‘inadequate’ grading to ‘Good ‘ in two months

Delivery included:
Audit of practice, audit of managerial and business operations, action plans, and training in both business management and early years practice.

“It is difficult to express just how delighted I am with the support that Smartpractice has provided. In just two months they have transformed my two nurseries and already moved one from an original position of Inadequate to an Ofsted rating of Good.

It is their high level of knowledge and skill, alongside an excellent documentation package which allows both Managers and Practitioners to quickly establish excellent practice and efficient management. Annie and Ros demonstrated a focused approach, setting clear priorities and timescales that enabled us to achieve so much in such a short space of time. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough.”
